Mohammed Saleem is a visionary serial entrepreneur, investor, and the founder of Trescon, a global leader in business events, conferences, and expositions. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Saleem has established himself as a transformative figure known for creating impactful platforms that foster innovation, drive connections, and enable growth across emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, blockchain, cloud computing, and more.

Saleem's journey began in the early 2000s in the event management industry in the Middle East. His passion for creating impactful business events and bringing people together led him to establish Trescon in 2016. Under his leadership, Trescon rapidly gained prominence as a key player in the business events landscape, expanding to employ over 300 professionals worldwide. His ability to pivot Trescon to virtual events during the COVID-19 pandemic showcased his agility and commitment to adapting to evolving market demands, ensuring business continuity while embracing digital transformation.

Among Saleem's notable achievements is the launch of HODL (formerly World Blockchain Summit) in 2017, which quickly grew to become the world's largest and continuously running summit for blockchain and cryptocurrency enthusiasts. Held in strategic locations worldwide, HODL has positioned Trescon as a leading voice in the blockchain sector.

Furthermore, his leadership led to the establishment of DATE (Digital Acceleration & Transformation Expo) in 2023, Trescon's proprietary exhibition brand. DATE's inaugural edition is set to take place in New Delhi, with ambitious plans for expansion into key markets across APAC and the Middle East in the coming years.

Apart from his work with Trescon, Saleem is an active investor and advisor for multiple tech startups, including Esyasoft (a pioneer in energy transition), Blive (an e-mobility platform), Aura (a fintech startup), Arium (a cloud gaming platform for eSports), Demandify Media (digital marketing and advertising), Magure (intelligent software solutions), and Hedge5 (decarbonization solutions for sustainable environments).

His involvement in these ventures reflects his commitment to fostering innovation across emerging industries.
